I love this picture. I took it when we were at Tybee Island in June. It was the first vacation we took this year and saying it was much needed is an understatement. My husband ended up in Savannah for training with the city and we stayed in a haunted Inn in downtown Savannah which was pretty cool. We’ve actually had an amazing year this year as I dig through pictures of all the places we’ve been and the things we’ve done.

We always walk through Midtown to get to Piedmont Park for the AFSP walk and every year we pass by the same Irish Pub and say we are going to stop there but never do for some reason but this year we were finally able to. Fado’s is amazing and if you have a chance to stop in I definitely recommend it. You can never beat a good burger and theirs is one of the best I’ve ever had. I love when burgers are served like this. You know they are going to be delicious. I think this will be our new tradition. 🖤

We went to the Botanical Gardens in March and the iPhone photographer and Instagram filter I am this is what I came up with. I like this picture because it is odd like me. I forget a lot about this picture but it was an amazing day. We took a long walk, a ton of pictures and a really cool car. I have small memories like this to remind me of the fun we had.

All of my pictures and post are very loosely based on the actual post. This is my list of blog posts that I don’t finish most of the time kind of like this challenge I’m rushing to finish because today is the 30th and I still have 23 more to go which I won’t finish tonight and will have to tomorrow which is the first and it kind of sucks.

Here is a picture of me working on my book. I am always working on my book. I have a ton of pictures like this and absolutely no book to show for it…go figure. All I know is this book will be a masterpiece when I’m finished. Hopefully the next time I talk about the book it will actually be finished.

I was terrified when we went to Ruby Falls small caves and me don’t go well. I am extremely happy to see all the beautiful designs that were made by God and Mother Nature. It is amazing how something can be so ugly yet so beautiful.

I love this picture mostly because it is genuine and it is the only genuine smile I ever had in years. This picture coincidentally happened in 2015 when everything in my life went to shit. (see previous posts) This was right after the overdose before my baptism, exorcism and medical induced manic, schizophrenic, paranoid episodes. This was before I hit a new level of rock bottom. I was happy right there. I thought I was making everything better but rock bottom came after.
When we made an impromptu trip to the beach we stopped at a small souvenir shop and as we were browsing through the sand dollars I heard a squawking and then a hello. My husband turned around and said, “Holy Shit it talks,” We went over and he said hello but then when I turned the camera on of course it stopped talking. I kept repeating myself over and over again and it started flapping its wings and putting his rear end in my face. I thought he was absolutely beautiful and there were a list of things he could say and some swears were on there. He was 22 years old and his name was Bubba. I’ve never really seen a talking parrot before and it was kind of cool.

I am not a fan of winter… I mean nothing to do with winter I don’t like being cold and I can’t stand snow and ice. I am from the south so even a threat of snow everything shuts down so winter is not fun. I do like some of things that winter brings like hot chocolate, the holidays, everything with peppermint. I like audio books because I am always going somewhere I don’t have time to sit and read (I also comprehend better this way.) So hot chocolate, fuzzy socks, oversized sweatshirt and sweatpants and a good audio book is a perfect way to spend a day off while I browse the internet and procrastinate updating these damn challenges on my blog.
